I am a technology entrepreneur, cybersecurity expert and executive leader based in Reading. My work combines deep technical expertise with technology strategy, product innovation and enterprise infrastructure leadership.

Competitive table tennis is a real second career: five consecutive Senior British League Premier Division titles with London Progress, and Wilmott Cup national team championship wins with West Middlesex in 2000 and 2001. Earlier in my career, I worked on enterprise technology projects involving BT Group, HSBC, Barclays, Bank of America, the NHS and Transport for London. These environments developed my expertise in complex enterprise systems and Critical National Infrastructure. I hold a First-Class Honours degree from Middlesex University.

As Founder & CTO of BlockAPT, I have led the architecture and development of an AI-powered cybersecurity platform unifying security operations, intelligence, automation and response. It has evolved into Pivotra-AI, integrating SIEM, SOAR, endpoint security, AI/ML and Cybersecurity Mesh Architecture principles across SaaS and on-premises environments. Under my technical leadership, BlockAPT has progressed from concept to commercial deployments, received industry recognition and participated in the UK's LORCA accelerator.

At Total Uptime Technologies, I focus on enterprise application delivery, digital resilience and intelligent infrastructure: ADC, DNS, GSLB, application security, high availability, observability, automation and hybrid and multi-cloud architectures. My work increasingly explores AI agents, Model Context Protocol (MCP) and governed infrastructure automation for mission-critical environments.

I contribute to industry discussions on AI, cybersecurity, infrastructure resilience and emerging technologies. I welcome conversations with technology leaders, entrepreneurs, investors and strategic partners working to build the next generation of secure, resilient and intelligent infrastructure.

Research interest

The Pivot Intelligence Model

I lead research into the Pivot Intelligence Model (PIM), designed to correlate security signals and enable explainable, governed autonomous cyber defence. The aim is intelligent automation whose decisions remain understandable and accountable.
